THE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

     Supportstock is an online platform used to purchase products retail and wholesale. we have an option for bulk qty purchase which has a unique selection option designed. which has all the basic requirements.

Supportstock has a user login and dealer logins user login for retail customers and a dealer login for wholesale buyers to make their best discounts for their bulk product purchases. Both logins can track their product order details shipping details and return product details and updates.

User can change their password in their account section. on every purchase, an invoice will be sent to the registered mail ID, and the invoice also be sent on every purchase.  

 

The effective date for policy:  ( from Oct/30/2022 ) policy will be updated if any changes or updates are required.

Supportstock operations:

Supportstock was operated by the supportstock team. supportstock has its own trademark registered website approved by gov. supportstock has integrated with Razorpay gateway. payments transaction is fully operated by Razorpay.

Buyers can find the supportstock assured logo on the product page means it has been verified and quality inspected by our supportstock team.

Coupons will be created and published by supportstock regularly for customer/buyer benefits. 

Terms applicable & User/dealer.

  User and dealer have been accepted by terms and conditions by supportstock when agreeing and registering login.

The agreement can be modified:

Any time terms and conditions agreement can be modified by supportstock user needs to be aware of this and can check the footer if required.

Account registration inactive termination suspension action will be taken when the user or dealer makes Any dispute or unwanted purchase cancellation returns or time passes.

  • Users cannot buy products without creating an account in supportstock mobile OTP will send to register the mobile number for creating an account.
  • Users need to provide their mail ID and Mobile number correctly for account creation both seller and dealer login.
  • One's registered dealer login will be approved by admin it will be verified by the support team and all documents if correct. only dealers can see the wholesale product discounts according to the qty.
  • Users can order retail products and discounts with dealer login applied by the user can view wholesale bulk products with the best discounts for qty selected.
  • Supportstock website platform purchase payment has been managed by the Razorpay payment gateway.
  • Supportstock will not ask for any payment for using service charges only for product purchase and shipping if any are required for their particular product mentioned in the details description.
  • Purchasing in supportstock user no need any gov doc required. bulk wholesale buyers need to submit the required documents asked by the supportstock team if details are required contact us.
  • The Supportstock platform is only used for selling products approved by gov. supportstock selling uploaded product has been quality inspected by the supportstock team.
  • Buyers and dealers can buy products with no limits and restrictions for purchase. only COD has a limit for purchase.
  • If any issue with product details or in transaction user can call our customer care and drop mail action will be taken on time.
  • All the information image details are obtained from sellers and wholesalers and it has been provided by the supportstock team on the website.
  • Currently, all the listing products & details have been received from the seller and manufacturer and have been updated by the supportstock team on the website.
  • Supportstock will not allow users to access third-party links and apps.
  • Supportstock will collect mobile numbers, mail IDs, and addresses for registration and product shipping only. These details of date will be used for product updates and tracking products only it will help users to get better service from supportstock. supportstock will not provide details and data to any third party it will be maintained with high security.
  • Supportstock will not create a user login without any necessary. if the user applied for a dealer login for bulk qty purchase supportstock asks for the required documents if that user is eligible dealer login will be created and approved by the supportstock admin team.
  • If any issue or dispute is created by the user or dealer supportstock team suspends or inactive that particular user or dealer account.

Copyrights:

Supportstock name, logo, and logo/website color have been trademarked.

Supportstock has its own unique website design functionality, content, Image, footer policies, and description on the website.

Supportstock will claim if any of these details have been copied and used without any permission of supportstock any ware by another online platform.

Payments & COD

  • Cash on Delivery.

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on supportstock, you can make a Cash on Delivery COD payment. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, supportstock will not charge any amount for COD online while purchasing. The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery COD payment will be changed according to the product.

Supportstock will have different COD value options for retail & wholesale bulk purchases.

  • How to place a Cash on Delivery COD order.

All items that have the COD icon are valid for Cash on Delivery purchase.

You can Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout for cash on delivery. your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment they will not accept online payment on the product delivery time.

Terms & Conditions:

  • The maximum order value for COD will be changed from time to time or for each product by supportstock.
  • Supportstock COD value will be defined product for wholesale product bulk purchase.
  • Supportstock courier partner will accept Cash-only payment at the COD time of delivery.
  • How can make a payment using the Razorpay credit card EMI option?

Once you've added the purchase items to your supportstock shopping cart, proceed with your order as usual by entering your address. and choose a payment mode for your order, select Razorpay select your bank EMI to follow these simple steps as below mentioned.

Choose the credit card issuing bank you wish to pay for the purchase.

Select the EMI plan of your preference as you wish.

Enter your credit card details and number.

Then Click Save and Pay or pay without saving.

Once payment is done product full amount will be charged to your card on the day of the transaction. then your selected EMI will be converted from your bank side.

  • How to pay for a supportstock purchase?

Supportstock integrated with Razorpay payment gateway secured with latest updated with all securities.

Supportstock offers you multiple payment methods through Razorpay. Internet banking credit /Debit Cards, UPI Payments, Gpay, Paytm.

Whatever your online mode of payment, You may use Internet Banking or cash on Delivery to make your purchase.

Supportstock also accepts payments through the Razorpay payment gateway using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express credit/debit cards in India.

  • product price and delivery charges are only applicable no hidden charges from supportstock.
  • one's payment is done in Razorpay it will redirect to the supportstock order confirmation page.
  • How to use a credit/debit card?

Supportstock will accept payments made by credit/debit cards through Razorpay.

Razorpay accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, and others.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, and 3-digit CVV number found on the backside of your card. After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password. Once payment is completed will be redirected to a website with the result.

  • Debit card payments.

Razorpay accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro debit cards.

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date & 3-digit CVV number. You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page to enter your online password to complete the payment.

Note: Supportstock will not as or save any card details and passwords all payment transactions will be redirected to the Razorpay payment gateway.

Payment Refunds

  • Supportstock has integrated with Razorpay payment gateway & COD Option.
  • Product cancels & returns payments will be refunded to Razorpay if the purchase was done online.
  • COD purchase payment refund will be done according to the customer's requirements. will be done through NEFT, UPI, or Bank Account. one's product has been received at the Supportstock warehouse we verify the quality of the product and any damage or missing.
  • Once the returned product is verified by supportstock payment will be initiated to process will take some working days.
  • The refund process will be updated from time to time to customers through mail, messages, and updates on the website of my account.
  • Customers can update or request their queries with supportstock executives through the mail and customer care number in contact us.   
  • All refunds will be indicated to the customer soon from supportstock we value your money & time.
  • The Supportstock team will work on reducing returns and canceling products.

 

Supportstock Replacement Policy:

  • Supportstock product replacement will be done according to the categories and products. some products will not be replaced by supportstock before purchase please check the description for the replaceable and nonreplaceable products.
  • After purchase, if the product is defective or damaged buyer can raise a request for product replacement. 
  • Replacement and return of products will be defined for each category. ones the time exceeded from the purchase date. return button will disappear in the ordered product section as per the return policy period.
  • Replacement will be done after quality inspection by the supportstock team.
  • The Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box and all other items originally included with the product on delivery.
  • For all branded items original box & accessories should not be damaged.
  • Returned product should not be damaged and Used. all accessories should be returned by the buyer.
  • If  Any consumable item has been used by the buyer and repacked.
  • Products with tampered or missing any barcode & serial numbers.
  • Clothes and footwear should not be used, washed, or damaged in any way or use. Product original tags, stickers, and packaging should not be damaged.

One's supportstock team inspects the quality of the product returned by the buyer if the returned product good as before sent condition it is eligible for replacement.  supportstock team will get back to confirm with the buyer for a replacement for the product or payment return.

Returns Policy:

  • Return of product will be accepted by supportstock.
  • Product return will be defined for each product and the category as per return will be accepted.
  • Buyers need to update their reason for returning the product. damage, broken, dirty, wrong size, wrong product, etc.
  • According to the return time of the product return button will be available on the product on my order page.
  • One time exceeded the return policy time the product return button will disappear on that product in order page.
  • One's buyer-initiated return as per the replacement police process will be started by the supportstock team.
  • If a return should be picked from a different address buyer should update their address on the website before initiating a return.
  • If the product is Damaged or incorrect then we request you to share Pictures or a video with the order number details
  • Once your returned product is received by supportstock you will be informed through the mail, message, and through the website My Account Order page.
  • Your payments will be processed as per refund payment policy terms.
  • During pick from the buyer, the product will be checked in all the following steps as per the replacement policy.

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Product without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, and all other items originally included with the product on delivery.

Safe and Secure Shopping:

  • Supportstock has the latest secured website technologies with regular SSL updates.
  • We have partnered with Razorpay for a payment gateway with the latest secured technologies.
  • Payment Options-We accept UPI payments VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, PhonePe UPI, Gpay UPI, Rupay, neft, net banking, American Express, and credit/debit cards.
  • While making payments supportstock will not ask for and save card details payment will be redirected to the Razorpay payment gateway page if one's payment doesn't return to the supportstock page with the result.
  • Buyer has the option to choose for (save and pay)-(pay without saving).
  • Supportstock will not share in any way buyer data like mail ID, Phone Number, or address and will be maintained as highly secured. this will be shared with our shipping partner for product shipment only. 
  • Supportstock will update new product promotions to inform through buyer details to make our service better for our customers and buyers.
  • Supportstock has secured SSL certificate updates for secured online shopping.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Supportstock operates with currently leading multiple shipping partners.
  • Supportstock can deliver products all over India with maximum pin codes through our multiple shipping methods.
  • Supportstock team will choose the best shipping price and fast delivery to buyers.
  • Our shipping has COD options and product return facilities.
  • Delivery will be charged for some products it will be displayed on the product page.
  • Sometimes shipping costs will be higher than products due to unreachable pin codes.
  • Sometimes the delivery date will be time due to bad weather or festivals.
  • Some shipping partners will not operate on Sundays it may extend delivery time or date.
  • Due to the availability of the product shipping will be delayed it will be updated to the buyer on my account page.
  • No hidden charges will be as on purchase from supportstock side product total amount will be the final all-inclusive price.
  • Supportstock will allow purchasing after entering your PIN code for shipping.
  • If COD is not available to your PIN code supportstock will communicate with you to make delivery any other possible way.
  • COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
  • COD limits will be set by supportstock for retail and wholesale purchases for buyers.
  • Buyer-initiated returns will receive a call from supportstock team to get the explanation for returned products will make the best solution for the buyer from our team. if the return of the product is needed by the buyer we initiate a return.
  • Buyers can return the product through third-party shipping to our supportstock warehouse. return fees will be adjusted by supportstock on the product. all these operations will be discussed with the buyer by the supportstock team. 
  • Returned product shipping may be delayed due to being out of stock. this will be intimated to the buyer once shipped buyer will notify us.
  • All the processes of shipping and return will be received by mail. if you don't receive mail pls mark not as spam to receive in your inbox.
  • If the buyer does not respond on delivery time to the shippers one's product returned product cost only returned shipping cost will not be returned if the product has a shipping cost.
