Supportstock has integrated with Razorpay payment gateway & COD Option.
Product cancel & returns payments will be refunded to Razorpay if the purchase was done online.
COD purchase payment refund will be done according to the customer's requirements. will be done through NEFT, Net banking, Gpay UPI, or Bank Account. one's product has been received at Supportstock warehouse we verify the quality of the product and any damaged or missing.
Once the returned product is verified by supportstock payment will be initiated to process will take some working days.
The refund process will be updated from time to time with customers through mail, message, and updates on the website of my account.
Customers can update or request their queries with supportstock executives through the mail and customer care number in contact us.
All refunds will be indicated to the customer soon from supportstock we value your money & time.
Supportstock team will work on reducing returns and canceling products.
The refund timelines will depend on the payment modes listed below:
Net banking - 3-7 business days
Debit card - 7-9 Business days
Credit - 7-9 Business days

You can update the details of the bank account where you would like to receive the refund while creating the return request for an item or mail us.
You will need to update the following information to supportstock making refund to your account:
Account Holder's Name
Bank IFSC Code
Status of the refund by supportstock.
You can visit 'My Orders' to know the status of your refund.
For orders canceled before shipping, refunds are processed immediately. If the order has been shipped. refund will be processed as soon as the courier service provider confirms the return of the item(s).
the fund will be refunded to the same account used for the purchase. or The different refund modes available as the customer request.
NEFT transfer was also available for all Cash-on-Delivery orders.
Refunds are not accepted.
Refunds are not given when: The supportstock cannot provide a replacement if any issue/dispute has been created by the customer.
