You can cancel and return your items with simple steps:
- Log into your account.
- Go to accounts My Orders.
- The return button will be visible till the return time for each product will be different.
- Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Update the product return reason details and raise a return request.
- Once you raise a request, you'll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. contacted supportstock for more details.
- If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return request update will be displayed in the product area by supportstock team.
Can't see the 'Cancel' button to click and cancel the product:
- The item has been delivered already.
- The item is non-refundable.
- The cancel time will be exceeded for that product.
Cancel orders not dispatched yet by supportstock:
- Go to orders
- Select the item you want to cancel and click the Cancel items
- Cancel button will be visible till some time according to the product shipment.
- Provide the reasons for the cancellation of the product. which helps us to make better service/quality.
To cancel an order already been dispatched by supportstock:
- Go to the contact us page and call supportstock customer care to process cancel the product.
- Supportstock team will check with the courier partner and cancel the product.
- In case your product has been sent for delivery, please don't accept it and ask the delivery person for a return. contact supportstock customer care number on the website or write a mail for further action.
The issue with product after the return period:
- You can check and get in touch with the brand or authorized service center of the brand which you have purchased to claim the warranty for that product.
To return/exchange your order, follow these simple steps:
- Go to My Orders
- Choose the item you wish to return or exchange click the return button and Fill in the details for the Return Request will be indicated by supportstock team.
Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Product without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, and all other items originally included with the product on delivery.
- For all branded items original box & accessories should not be damaged.
- Returned product should not be damaged and Used. all accessories should be returned by the buyer.
- If Any consumable item has been used by the buyer and repacked.
- Products with tampered or missing any barcode & serial numbers.
- Clothes and footwear should not be used, washed, or damaged in any way or use. product Original tags, stickers and packaging should not be damaged.

Status of the refund by supportstock.
- You can visit 'My Orders' to know the status of your refund.
- For orders canceled before shipping, refunds are processed immediately. If the order has been shipped. refund will be processed as soon as the courier service provider confirms the return of the item(s).
- The fund will be refunded to the same account used for the purchase. or The different refund modes available as the customer request.
- NEFT transfer was also available for all Cash-on-Delivery orders.
Refunds not accepted.
- Refunds are not given when: The supportstock cannot provide a replacement if any issue/dispute has been created by the customer.
ordered the wrong item. supportstock will not allow for return
- Supportstock can't return items ordered wrongly. its customer responsibility.
while delivery if the package is open or tampered with:
- You should not accept the product from the delivery person contact supportstock for further assistance.
- Once your return or exchange request is accepted by supportstock, the pick up of the first delivered product will be scheduled by supportstock team. then SMS details will be sent to you on the day of the pickup.
- You can now track the status of your return easily right from your account. You will also receive an email & SMS with the details of your product return.
Requested a replacement:
- You may visit www.supportstock.com my account to check the status of your replacement. The replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pickup. the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up from you. please check supportstock will send an SMS and email with details for your replacement.
- The refund timelines will depend on the payment modes listed below:
Net banking - 3-7 business days
Debit card - 7-9 Business days
Credit - 7-9 Business days
- If orders are placed using COD, refunds can be processed to your bank account via Immediate Payment Service IMPS, NEFT, UPI...
- You can update the details of the bank account where you would like to receive the refund while creating the return request for an item or mail us.
- You will need to update the following information to supportstock making refund to your account:

Bank IFSC Code
- If you are returning a product During pick-up, your product will be checked by our courier partner if anything is missing or damaged, used product is not eligible for return.
- All accessories should be returned in full as you received them with the product's original cover and box.
- Product MRP serial number barcode should not be damaged.
- The product should be clean and undamaged, dents and hole,s etc...
- Return request should be done in a time period according to category products. if in case of product is Damaged/Missing/Wrong Product, a return should be done within days of delivery. the request will be reviewed by supportstock and updated.
- Ones supportstock approved, pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partner. product is received, it will be verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated details. Replacement would depend upon the product stock availability with supportstock warehouse.
Return / Replace of product:
- Defective Product - Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning
- Damaged Product – all Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging while delivery
- Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style
- Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/ Parts/spares.
- Wrong item ordered/ delivered
Returns / Replacement requests will not be accepted by supportstock:
- The product has been Used.
- The product is returned without the Original Packaging and all & accessories.
- Serial Number damaged or removed.
- If a Defective product is covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty can also return.
- Product Damaged/Empty Package/not working/Wrong product can also return back.
- Return and replacement of product requests should be done till the return button option available in orders each category has different days of return time.
- Return of product will be accepted by supportstock.
- Product return will be defined for each product and the category as per return will be accepted.
- Buyers need to update their reason for returning the product. damage, broken, dirty, wrong size, wrong product, etc.
- According to the return time of the product return button will be available on the product in my order page.
- One's time exceeded the return policy time for the product return button will disappear on that product in order page.
- One's buyer-initiated return as per the replacement policy process will be started by supportstock team.
- If a return should be picked from a different address buyer should update their address on the website before initiating a return.
- If the product is Damaged or incorrect then we request you to share Pictures or a video with the order number details
- Once your returned product is received by supportstock you will be informed through the mail, message, and through the website and my account order page.
- Your payments will be processed as per the refund payment policy term.
- During pick from the buyer, the product will be checked in all the following steps as per the replacement policy.
